WHO IS A LEADER?

A leader is a person who directs and takes care of the affairs of a given group of people.When there is a good leader the people rejoice,but when there is a bad leader the people are in sorrow.Proverbs 29:2.

A GOOD LEADER
A good leader cares for his/her people.A good leader is caring,he/she tries and finds out the needs of the people and provides for them.A good leader listens to good advice and carries it out.A good leader is not selfish,he/she does not think of only his/her own affairs or only the affairs of his/her own immediate family and friends.A good leader is versatile,he/she cares for everybody under him/her.A good leader gives room for the people to say their views and he/she amends his/her ways if they are not favorable to the people.A good leader has fear of God.
Examples of good leaders in the bible are King David and King Hezekiah.2 Samuel 1-24,Isaiah 36-39,2 Kings 18-20.

A BAD LEADER
A bad leader does not care for his/her people.He/she is selfish,caring for his/her own personal affairs and the affairs of his/her own immediate family and friends.A bad leader is authoritative,he/she does not heed to good advice,he/she takes away the life of anybody that tells him/her the truth about his/her character.A bad leader does not give room for the people to say their views and if you prove stubborn and says it out,then you will lose your life.A bad leader does not have fear of God.
Examples of bad leaders in the bible are King Ahab and King Manasseh.1 Kings 16:29-34,1 Kings 17-22,2 Kings 21:1-18.
